  • Individual Member of PEFC Asia Promotions
    2004 – 2013 (10 years)Support for CSR(Corporate Social Responsibility) Activities as an Individual Member
As an individual member of PEFC Asia Promotions, I supported and endorsed PEFC’s principles of promoting sustainable forest management and environmental conservation. During this period, I deeply realized the importance of environmental stewardship and social responsibility from the perspective of a business leader. This reaffirmed the significance of CSR activities. These efforts toward building a sustainable society remain a core value in my current and future business activities and projects.PEFC Asia Promotions will contribute to the protection of forest/nature of the world through diffusion of the forest certification and chain of custody certification (CoC certification). The PEFC Council is an independent, non-profit, non-governmental organisation, founded in 1999 which promotes sustainably managed forests through independent third party certification. The PEFC provides an assurance mechanism to purchasers of wood and paper products that they are promoting the sustainable management of forests.https://www.pefc.org/
